Welcome to Summer 2 

Our book focus is 'The Queen's Token' by Pamela Oldfield.

Our class read aloud is 'The Hundred-Mile-an-Hour Dog' by Jeremy Strong.

This term our topic is 'The Tudors!'

This half-term we will learn about how the Tudors came to the throne, the key Tudor monarchs, the Reformation of religion in England and differences between rich and poor Tudors. We will use our class text and our topic work to help us to write our own diary entries as a Tudor child.

In our Jigsaw PSHE sessions this half-term, we will be looking at 'Changing Me'.

Our school value for this half term is 'Thankfulness'.

PE will be on Wednesdays and Fridays this half-term.
